Dr Jen Case

As a PhD in Nutrition and Human Performance, Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Registered Dietitian, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I combine cutting-edge science with real-world experience to help athletes optimize performance, recovery, and longevity.

I'm also a current competitive athlete and 15-time IBJJF Masters World Champion, with titles including IBJJF Adult and Masters Pans Champion, International Master Champion, and an ADCC North American Trials medal. My background as a former pro MMA fighter gives me deep insight into the physical and mental demands of high-level training.

Today, I specialize in supporting aging athletes—those in their 40s, 50s, and beyond—who want to stay strong, recover faster, and compete (or train) at their best without burnout or injury. I've lived the challenges of age-related changes in metabolism, hormones, and recovery, so my evidence-based plans are practical, sustainable, and personalized to your sport, goals, and lifestyle—whether you're a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, grappler, or multi-sport athlete.

When you work with me, you get more than coaching: you get a partner who's been in your shoes, backed by science and proven results. Ready to reclaim your edge and thrive long-term?
