I’m Dr. Jen Case - a PhD in Nutrition and Human Performance, Board-Certified Sports Dietitian, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist - and someone who understands what it feels like to live in a changing body.

As a 15-time IBJJF Masters World Champion and former pro MMA fighter, I’ve experienced both peak performance and the challenges of injuries, recovery, and age-related changes. That perspective shapes how I coach.
